Customer service is AAA+++. I order this unit and it came damaged. I immediately contacted Strombergs and actually person on the phone! The representative couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered to send me a new one and take back the old one, which I did. Had the new one in a matter of days. The unit itself fits perfectly in my coop. So far there is no waste. I have a small backyard flock and it’s perfect for my needs. Highly recommend!!
i bought this originally to wall mount on my chicken tractor as a weather proof feeder but it was too tall and the door opens from the back which means it wouldn't have worked out. i did add it in one of my coops i keep males in. currently have 8 and only need to fill once a week to maintain it. i like the big opening as it works for both chicken and turkeys. the lid is nice and prevents poop from getting into the feed
