    Very happy with this scalder it seems to keep up with the scalding tasks with no problem and we don’t seem to be over scalding the chicken like you would with a turkey fryer setup because the water always seems to climb in temperature we we’re actually able to scald s big turkey in it but would not recommend it on a constant basis because the wings wanted to get stuck but it was a dressed out 25# bird. Well worth the money
