They are known for their rapid growth, making them a great breed of choice for meat production. The Cornish Rock Cross breed are ready for meat processing in as little as 6-8 weeks, and can average 5-6 pounds dressed weight. (Growth can vary based on factors like nutrition, environment, and management practices. Because of this, we do not guarantee finished weights.)
