Description
A native bird of India, this is a stout grey bird with light,silky smooth feathers on its head and a distictive black band passing across its eyes, circling the face and ending at a V at the throat. It has orange legs and beak. The bird reaches maturity at 26-28 weeks and then begins laying, following mating season.
