The Little Egg Scrubber Enzyme Presoak is a safe and effective way to prepare your eggs for washing.
To use, add 1 tablespoon of Enzyme Presoak to 4 gallons of warm water (approximately 20˚F above room temperature). Stir the mixture, then soak your eggs for 10 minutes.* After soaking, your eggs are ready for washing. For smaller batches, simply reduce the amount of Enzyme Presoak accordingly.
This presoak helps remove stains and organic contaminants and serves as a natural alternative to chlorine or detergents. Made from a unique blend of all-natural, food-grade ingredients (water, yeast, lemon juice, citric acid, sea salt, potassium sorbate, and trace minerals), it is 100% environmentally friendly.
Important Notes:
- Please check your local laws and regulations regarding soaking eggs.
- *Alternative method: Slowly pour a partial bucket of the warm Enzyme Presoak mixture over a basket of eggs and let stand. Repeat until the mixture is used, then scrub the eggs with 'The Little Egg Scrubber.'
