Single Door Live Traps

A lot easier to set up than my other live trap. Works just the same, I have to wait until the rats get used to it being there and then I will be catching them left and right again. Easy to open and you can set the trigger plate to a very light setting or normal.

I have been using this kind of trap for years and keep trapping all sorts of things, but mainly rats. Once they got smart, I started smearing the peanut butter under the trap plate so they had to work for it. This trap, however, is easier to set and release than my old one. Catches a lot of interesting things. So far I have caught birds, some of my curious chickens, rats, opossums, squirls, and even a neighborhood cat. Great trap!
