Description

If you've raised baby chicks, you understand the challenge of maintaining their water hygiene. Our baby chick nipple waterer is designed to address this concern, ensuring a constant supply of clean water for your chicks. Given that Coccidiosis is a leading cause of mortality in baby chicks, providing them with fresh, uncontaminated water helps prevent them from ingesting their own waste. The ingeniously designed chick nipple activates from 360 degrees, making it effortlessly accessible for your chicks.  It also fills from the top meaning you don't have to dump your waterers our every time they need a fill.

    Game changer!

by Audrey McCarter on Jan 14, 2025

I've been using this waterer for years, and can tell you that they are SO much better than the the ones with the screw bottoms. Bedding stays clean and dry, and water stays fresh. Resting it onto of something works great while they're little, but after a few weeks, they tend to knock it over. It comes with a hing which works for wire cages with verticle bars, but I highly recommend buying the holder that's made for this waterer. I use small zippy ties to strap around their cage. If you use plastic tubs, poke a few small holes, and strap the ties through the holes. The time saved cleaning, and the health you get from always having fresh water, makes it worth the cost. I'll never use anything else for my chicks. If you find the nipple leaks, there's usually something stuck inside. Clean well, and let it dry completely. It's always worked for me, and I've never had to replace the nipple in over 5yrs.
