    Good quality

by Joe Nadeau on Nov 20, 2025

Receive product and plugged in to try it out. Plucker turned on but did not want to turn the barrel. Contacted customer service and they told me to take the side plate, bottom plate,,motor guard and belts loose and adjust the motor position. Motor would still come on but did not want to turn due to the belts being too tight. After several times of doing this I ended up shimming the back end of the motor a quarter inch or so and got the barrel turning freely. I have not tried it out with a chicken yet but everything seems to be okay now.
