By submitting a photo, you give Stromberg’s Chickens the right to publish your photos in our catalog, website, advertisements, and social media

Your Rights:

You will retain all rights to any photograph that you submit, including ownership if applicable. You do grant Stromberg’s Chickens a royalty-free, non-exclusive right, in perpetuity, to:

Use the photograph on the internet and in any of our marketing material

Keep the files provided, and to archive the images in other electronic forms, so that your photos can be used in our marketing material and be properly credited

As conditions of this permission, Stromberg’s Chickens will credit all photos with a caption of the photographer’s first name and last initial when able.
