Order Status

To check the status of your order, login to your account to see the status of your order. Here’s what you will see your order history. Click on the order number and you will see: Awaiting Fulfillment: This means we received your order and getting it ready to ship to you. When your order ships, we’ll send an email with tracking information. Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a link to track your package.
Contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return authorization or replacement. send us a message and we will provide an RMA number. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and warrant all equipment to be free of defects and workmanship. We cannot accept returns on medications or hazardous material. However, if there is a discrepancy on your order, we will gladly work with you to make it right. Send us a message, with your order number and description of the problem and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is damaged in transit, contact us immediately, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or process a credit for you ASAP! Complete this form, with your order number and pictures of the packaging, label, and damaged contents to allow us to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. If replacement merchandise is shipped, and damaged or incorrect product is returning, a balance will remain on your account until the return is processed.
You may make changes or cancel your merchandise order if it has not been processed by our shipping team. To cancel your order, send us a message, with your order number and we will do our best to resolve your request as quickly as possible. If we are not able to accommodate your request, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of purchase. *some exclusions may apply* A $10 change or cancellation fee may be applied to live bird orders.

Shipping

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days and deliver in 5-7 business days. Orders requiring customization or larger orders shipping via freight may take longer to deliver.
Notify us within 48 hrs. of arrival of any birds that may have died. Please report to us the number of live birds and the number of dead birds. We will, at our discretion, refund or replace the purchase price of the dead birds, counting in any extra chicks received.
If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier for you. Send us a message, with your order number and we will file a claim and send a replacement order if the carrier is unable to locate your shipment.

 

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

For damaged or incorrect items, please call 800-880-7694.

Please follow all instructions below when returning merchandise:

  1. The customer is responsible to pay shipping costs on all returned items.
  2. Fill out the Stromberg's Guarantee/Return sheet completely. 
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Items must be in "like new" condition.
    1. Items not in "like new" condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more depending on the state of the item returned.
    2. A copy of your original invoice is required.
      1. We are unable to take any returns on items purchased directly through Amazon.com or any other 3rd party.
      2. We are unable to accept returns on any hazardous materials.
      3. Mann Lake Ltd. is not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged. Please keep a copy of your tracking information, and it is recommended you include shipping insurance when returning items to us.

 

EXCHANGES

Please follow all instructions when sending back an item for exchange:

  1. The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs on all returned products as well as the shipping on any new item sent in exchange.
  2. The customer is responsible to pay any cost differences for products exchanged.
  3. Fill out the Mann Lake Guarantee/Return sheet completely, noting you would like to exchange the item as well as the part number, quantity and description of the new item(s) you would like in exchange.
  4. Exchanges must be made in within 30 days of receipt.
  5. Items must be in "like new" condition.
    1. Items not in "like new" condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more depending on the state of the item returned. This may affect any additional balance due on the item you would like to receive in exchange.
      1. We are unable to take any exchanges on items purchased directly through Amazon.com or any other 3rd party.
      2. We are unable to accept any exchanges on hazardous materials.

REPLACING DAMAGED OR WRONG MERCHANDISE

If items arrive damaged or the wrong merchandise was sent, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

When a situation occurs where Mann Lake Ltd. is shipping another product to you as replacement for damaged or incorrect product and we request the damaged or incorrect item be returned, Mann Lake will include a return call tag shipping label, inside the replacement package, that will expire 30 days after it is issued. The full price of any items not returned within 30 days of the receipt of your replacement order will be charged to your credit card that was used on your original purchase or billed to your Mann Lake account. These charges will not be refunded until we receive your return.
