Instructions for Use:
- Heat Water: Bring a large pot of water to 180°F (82°C). Ensure the pot is spacious enough to accommodate the bird and water displacement.
- Insert Poultry: Place the bird into the bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Seal Bag: Twist the bag and secure it tightly using a zip tie or hog ring.
- Ventilation: Cut a small ½" slit near the breastbone to allow air to escape.
- Shrink Wrap: Submerge the bagged bird in the hot water for 2–3 seconds, then promptly remove.
- Dry and Label: Pat the bag dry with a towel. Cover the slit with a label or waterproof tape.
- Storage: Refrigerate for 3–7 days or freeze for up to 9–12 months.
