Working again ...
My egg incubator had gotten older, and the wafer thermometer was showing green corrosion. The incubator heated but with wild fluctuations in temperatures which cooked the eggs. I replaced only the wafer ($10.50), rather than the whole unit ($70.00) and the present temps are rock steady. Now for more eggs!
