The product is of fine qaulity, however, the assembly instructions are not written well enough.

Awesome Brooder!  |  By Chris Hardwick
I have two of these and the design is brilliant! I love the fact that all the food is on the inside of the brooder, no mess on the floors. And the water stays really clean, no more worrying about changing out food and water every day, just fill it up and it lasts a whole week! They are tough to assemble taking hours for each level, but once together they are buillet proof, very rugged. I did have slight damage to the sliding trays on both units but not too bad, I could reform it with a pliers. And on both units they didn't include enough washers, I was about 30 short, and once you get to the legs you need the washers to keep the screws from going through. Luckily I had some spare washers the same size. Other than that its a fantastic design, and the heater element is twice as long as other brooders I've seen. Be sure to get a thermometer because adjusting the heat is a bit tricky and takes a day or two before you are ready for chicks.

Poultry raiser  |  By Janet Wolters
The assembly of this product was difficult from the most critical step, the beginning. Cconsequently a lot of patience is required when you end up repeating steps because the first step is so poorly written. After few steps you must logically figure figure it out on your own, then redo your mistakes. Once all this unnecessary protocol occurs, the brooder works like a dream. I had a problem with the watered designed for quail, however I simply added quart- jar waterers with the base sized for quail.
