    Wish there was an option to upload photos. I took lots of photos to show all the details I would have liked to know before purchasing. This is the only auto door I have ever purchased but I feel that the quality of the construction is very good and the way it operates and is programmed is very simple. Installation was relatively straightforward. Door height fully extended (open position) is approximately 28 inches. This was the main thing I wanted to know. Requested spec sheet online and never received. Recommended door opening (hole) is 12 inches high by 10 inches wide. Comes with hardware to install and the quality of the hardware is nice. I received an extra screw and spacer which I thought was nice. You never have them when you need them. Not sure how long 4AAs will last, so far I have gone 1 month. May come back and update review if I remember. Would buy another one if I needed it. Can’t say if it’s the most bang for your buck, but I think it’s a really nice door and I didn’t mind the price tag to ensure my flock is safe and secure.
