It is no surprise that birds that have a chance to forage for feed tend to thrive. Many people are exploring the benefits of raising pastured poultry, either on a small scale for personal enjoyment or on a larger scale for eggs or meat. We offer options for either.

PVC PASTURED TURKEY PEN

25-30 Birds Rest Easily, Move Freely
and Stay in a Comfortable Environment
  • Uses 1" x 1" wire.
  • Water ballast easily added through corner plugs for wind resistance.
  • Cover flaps can be opened for venting on hot days.
  • 2 layers of 10oz. high density polyethylene are overlapped on cover for superior strength. UV inhibitors added.
  • PVC is high impact, UV inhibited. Rigid enough to support necessary equipment , yet flexible enough to fit ground contours. PVC pipe 1 1/4" diameter.
  • Pens shippable via UPS. Assembly required. You will need PVC cleaner and glue.

Bell Drinker - Adjusts as Your Birds Grow

Low pressure drinker. Uses a bucket or low pressure water line to fill. Sand ballast keeps drinker hanging level. Depth of water trough is adjustable. Suspend bell drinker form your PVC pen, height is easily adjusted as birds grow. Sufficient for a pen of pastured birds.

New! The Portable Chicken Hut & Attached Covered Poultry Run

Portable outdoor coop to house your broody bantams or your breeding pairs/trios of chickens. Use the additional Pen #CNP to allow your birds access to fresh grass and sunlight during the day. For nighttime security, you can close the front panel to keep the birds inside the coop.

The Chicken Hut is 39" high off ground, with a hinged top for easy access. Interior dimensions of the coop is 24" high by 39 " wide and 24" deep. 1"x 1" wire for the sides and front. Floor has 1/2" by 1" wire. The front door is hinged and will fold to ground, making an ramp to ground. There is also an access door in the back wall, to remove eggs.

#CNP Chicken pen/exterior run is designed to be attached to the outdoor coop. Pen is 41" wide by 37" high by 54" long. It is made of 1" x 1" wire. There are hinged doors at the front and a side door with access to the chicken hut/coop. Coop and pen could also be used in a barn/shed to house special breeding groups or as your isolation coop.

Pigeon and Dove fanciers could use this coop for breeding pairs.
